The Capital

These are some of the buildings we saw on our way to the Library of Congress. Do you see the little dark Dome to the right of the Capital? That's the Library of Congress, which is located in the front of the Capital. This is actually a picture of the back side of the Capital. There are flag poles on the top of the Capital on the left and the right side. The flags are raised when the Congress or the Senate are present in the building. They weren't there in this picture.
